Where client approval is required, content will be published after approval.

4. Payment

Prices and payment terms will be agreed before the service begins.

Additional work outside the agreed services may be charged separately.

5. Social Media Platforms

We do not control third party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Pinterest.

We cannot guarantee specific numbers of followers, views, engagement, sales or other results.

6. Revisions

The number of revisions included will depend on the agreed service.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation terms will be agreed between the client and the company before the service begins.

Outstanding payments for completed or agreed work remain payable.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for content created or edited as part of our services will be agreed with the client.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, music, images or other materials they provide can legally be used.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat non public business information provided by the client as confidential and will not intentionally disclose it to third parties unless necessary to provide the agreed services or required by law.

10. Results

We do not guarantee specific business, financial or social media results.

Our services are intended to help businesses improve their online presence and social media activity.

11. Agreement

By purchasing or using our services, the client agrees to these terms and any additional terms agreed in writing between the client and the company.

These terms may be updated when necessary.
